NATIONAL NUMERACY DAY
What we have been doing with all pupils at Smithills School, in every single lesson is learning about numeracy and how it links to that subject.
Numeracy is a really important skill for our pupils to have because when they leave us, it is an important skill they will need in the majority of jobs.
Pupils who have engaged in the day have managed to get certificates and chocolates to say well done for engaging in National Numeracy Day.
