THE ROLE:
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and well-qualified candidate to join our team of Teaching Assistants in a successful and forward-thinking department. You will work with and supervise individuals and groups of children under the direction/instruction of teaching &/or senior staff, inclusive of specific individual learning needs, enabling access to learning for all pupils and assistance and support in classroom management and behaviour techniques.
ABOUT YOU:
You will have the ability to support the teacher in planning, delivering and evaluating learning activities to ensure effective teaching and learning and the ability to give feedback in a constructive manner. You will be able to contribute to positive relationships with pupils and adults through communication and interaction, and provide effective support for colleagues through differentiation and a proactive approach in and out of a classroom setting.

THE ROLE:
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and suitably qualified Receptionist / Administrator to provide an effective and efficient reception and administrative support within the school, working to agreed quality and performance standards to deliver an efficient administrative and front of school reception service for customers. You will provide clerical support to organise, manage and maintain the use of information systems, including general typing and maintenance of databases, creation of report templates as required and assistance with the production and collation of pupil reports.
ABOUT YOU:
You will have experience of working in a school environment or other educational setting, and experience of working collaboratively with colleagues. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be organised, proactive and self-motivated, have the ability to use IT systems and be able to create good relationships with pupils, staff and parents.

The Bridge Mentor

THE ROLE:
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and suitably qualified Mentor to support pupils with SEMH and behavioural difficulties in The Bridge, Alternative Provision. You will proactively collaborate with pupils, staff and parents/carers to promote positive behaviour amongst all pupils, and to help them overcome barriers to learning. You will work closely with the Bridge Leader to support pupils who require intensive intervention for behaviour and social, emotional and mental health difficulties, promoting ways to ensure pupils' independence, self-esteem and social inclusion.
ABOUT YOU:
You will have experience of working in a school environment or other educational setting, and experience of demonstrating high-quality, effective support to students with challenging behaviour. You will have the ability to build and maintain successful relationships with pupils, treat them consistently, with respect and consideration and demonstrate concern for their development as learners.
