We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and well qualified candidate to work with the SENCO and teaching staff to develop best practice for SEN children.  You will work with and supervise individuals and groups of children under the direction/instruction of teaching &/or senior staff, inclusive of specific individual learning needs, enabling access to learning for all pupils.  You will assess the needs of pupils through individually tailored key performance indicators and ensure practices are in place so pupils with SEND in mainstream classes make progress.

You will have the ability to work effectively within a team environment, understanding classroom roles and responsibilities and the ability to build effective working relationships with all pupils and colleagues.  You will demonstrate an informed and efficient approach to teaching and learning by adopting relevant strategies to support the work of the teacher and increase achievement of those with SEND.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably qualified candidate to be responsible for managing the effective and efficient administration of external examinations in accordance with the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) regulations (on behalf of the JCQ member awarding bodies ) and/or awarding body rules for exams administration in a consistent and secure fashion, thereby helping to maintain the integrity of the assessment process.  You will also be responsible for managing the effective and efficient administration of internal examinations/assessments (example GL, Cats, PPE’s).  You will maintain and develop systems to manage and coordinate all aspects of the exams administration process managing your own time effectively to ensure key tasks are undertaken and external key dates and deadlines are met.

You will have experience of development, management and operation of administrative     systems,  good organising, planning and prioritising skills and the ability to follow policies and procedures set by the school and external agencies. You will have the ability to act quickly and decisively under pressure and time constraints and be able to communicate clearly and concisely.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably qualified candidate to ensure that all school facilities are in excellent and safe condition with the highest possible standards of cleanliness for use by pupils, staff and visitors.  You will be responsible for opening and closing of the school buildings and carrying out routine maintenance and basic repairs during the school day. You will inspect the premises each week to ensure that buildings are safe and well maintained and log any repair works found from the above inspection on the site team portal and schedule time to complete the repair.

You will have the ability to carry out minor repairs to the fabric and fittings of the building, be adaptable and self motivated, be able to work on your own initiative as well as being a member of a team and have an awareness of Health and Safety issues. You will have good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
