INCLUSION & ENGAGEMENT
We are a team of dedicated, experienced mentors committed to helping our pupils succeed by providing comprehensive behaviour management support for children who present with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
Our pupils work alongside a mentor in school and work holistically to enable the individual to access successful learning by identifying unmet needs and addressing any challenges and difficulties they face.
Intervention may be through one-to-one discussions, group work or in-class support.
RE-INTEGRATION
Smithills reintegration area is a place where pupils go when they need a break from the main school lessons. It provides a supportive environment where they can reflect on the choices they make, complete work set by subject teachers, and receive guidance from staff. This helps them stay on track academically while also supporting them in managing and regulating their emotions.

نحن فريق مكون من 4 مرشدين متخصصين وذوي خبرة ملتزمون بمساعدة طلابنا على النجاح من خلال توفير جميع جوانب دعم إدارة السلوك للأطفال الذين يعانون من صعوبات عاطفية وسلوكية.
يعمل تلاميذنا جنبًا إلى جنب مع معلم في المدرسة ويعملون بشكل كلي لتمكين الفرد من الوصول إلى التعلم الناجح من خلال تحديد الاحتياجات غير الملباة ومعالجة أي تحديات وصعوبات يواجهونها.
قد يكون التدخل من خلال المناقشات الفردية أو العمل الجماعي أو الدعم في الفصل.
