SALARY:                      Grade E pt 11-17 £28,142 - £31,022 pro rata  Actual Salary at pt 11 £21,500

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and well qualified candidate to work with and supervise individuals and groups of children under the direction/instruction of the lead teaching assistant for INA/EAL and/or senior staff to enable the acquisition of the English language and access to learning for all pupils.  You will develop and implement language acquisition programmes to meet the needs of groups of INA/EAL pupils including a synthetic phonics programme.

You will have the ability to work effectively within a team environment, understanding classroom roles and responsibilities and the ability to build effective working relationships with all pupils and colleagues.  You will demonstrate an informed and efficient approach to teaching and learning by adopting relevant strategies to support the work of the teacher and increase achievement of INA/EAL pupils.

Reprographics, Design and Media Technician

WORKING PATTERN:   37 hrs per week    8am – 4pm Monday to Thursday   8am to 3.30pm Friday     Term Time Only plus 10 Days

CONTRACT TYPE:        Permanent Position

SALARY:                      Grade C pt 4-6 £24,404 - £25,183 pro rata   Actual Salary at pt 4 approx.  £21,426

CLOSING DATE:          Friday 16th January 2026 at 9.00am

INTERVIEW DATE:       To be confirmed

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and suitably qualified technician to provide an efficient and effective reprographics service to the school. You will undertake simple design work for posters/displays/banners and ensure that the displays around school are regularly replaced and remain attractive and up to date. You will undertake reprographics work for staff as requested to a high standard. With guidance, you will assist the Media Manager to help develop the school’s social media/website. 

You will have good organisational skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure and the ability to plan and manage your own time effectively.  You will be willing to learn specialist ICT packages and have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with both members of staff and pupils.
