Weekly Workout

This is your weekly workout courtesy of Smithills School PE Department.

Please email pictures to your PE teacher of you completing the sessions to Mr Sheard-Pearson (S.Pearson@smithillsschool.net). Before each session please ensure you complete a thorough warm up and ensure you do a good cool down afterwards to aid recovery.


Read through the session content prior to starting and practice each movement to familiarise with the correct technique. If you are unsure of the movement, feel free to search it online for additional guidance.
