The total workout. Combination of aerobics & toning exercises.

A workout to increase strength, endurance, aerobic fitness and co-ordination.
Core Stability
Exercises on a stability ball which strengthen your deep abdominal and spinal muscles. Improves mobility, posture and flexibility.
