Subjects Homepage

At Smithills all pupils will study Mathematics, English and Science, alongside
Information Technology, Citizenship, Religious Education, Sex Education and Physical Education. 

In KS4 We expect the vast majority of our young people to choose an expressive arts subject, a modern foreign language and also hope that many will choose a technology or humanities subject.  However, not everyone will feel that they need such a balanced curriculum and may opt for more specialised qualifications.
